Washington Architecture + Design
Designing what
comes next.
Commercial architecture, automotive dealerships, tenant improvements, developments, and custom residential design.
What we do
Architecture built around the outcome.
We guide commercial and residential projects from early concepts and feasibility through permitting, visualization, documentation, and construction coordination.
Commercial Architecture
New buildings and commercial environments designed for performance, longevity, and identity.
Tenant Improvements
Thoughtful transformations of existing spaces with close attention to code, function, and constructability.
Developments
Multi-building and multi-tenant projects coordinated from shell design through individual tenant spaces.
Custom Residential
Highly tailored homes, additions, and renovations designed around how each client wants to live.
Selected work
See the possibilities before they are built.
Architectural design and advanced 3D visualization give our clients clarity—and the confidence to make informed decisions before construction.
